Over the recent years, GMGD have been very active in the People's Republic of China. Our initial project in China was the highly acclaimed Hua Tang International Golf Course in Beijing. Following Hua Tang, GMGD completed the very beautiful and dynamic Boao Forum for Asia Golf Course on Hainan Island and Suzhou Taihu International Golf Course on the shore of Lake Taihu near Suzhou. Hainan Meilan Golf Course and Yangpu Golf Resort, both on Hainan Island are due for completion in the near future.

The successful integration with the residential, resort and membership components contained in most developments has provided even further acceptance of GMGD courses. The 36 hole Vines Resort course in Perth, Western Australia was one of Australia's first such projects.

Other successful developments include Robina Woods, Paradise Palms, Palm Meadows, Horizons Resort, Northlakes, Secret Harbour, Twin Creeks, Royal Pines, Emerald Lakes and Terrey Hills. All have proven over time to cater well for their specific markets.

Terrey Hills in North Sydney, New South Wales, is commanding some of the highest priced membership in Australia. It has successfully served as both a tournament venue and has integrated thirty high end golf frontage homes.
