The project holds preliminary approval for the development of a golf-integrated resort, with a residential development component of up to 100,000 m2 and has a 120 hectare land bank destined for future expansion of the resort. Issuance of construction permits are pending from the authorities.
The project was master-planned by EDSA, while the golf design was assured by Graham Marsh in association with Hans-Georg Erhardt . The renowned architectural firm, Porphyrios and Associates, was appointed as the project’s architect.
